Calories in lagman: 550–850 a bowl — and the noodles carry the load

Lagman — hand-pulled noodles under a beef-and-vegetable vadzhu — has no single database entry anywhere, because no two bowls agree on the noodle-to-sauce ratio. Honest numbers come from components with stated grams, straight from USDA FoodData Central:

Total ≈ 740 kcal typical; 550–850 is the honest range. Soupy guyru-lagman with broth sits lower; fried boso-lagman — the noodles themselves wok-fried in oil — jumps to the top of the range and beyond.
